Meet the Authors: Brittany Cavallaro & Emily Henry
YA authors Brittany Cavallaro and Emily Henry will be joining us for a special event on Saturday, March 17th, from 1-3 pm. Stop by, say hi, and get signed copies of their books, including Cavallaro's newly released The Case for Jamie!
Brittany Cavallaro is originally from Springfield, Illinois, but attended Interlochen Arts Academy to study creative writing as a teen. She hasn't stopped since! In addition to assorted odd jobs over the years (her favorite: working as a hat salesgirl), Cavallaro taught literature, creative writing, and composition to undergraduates at the University of Wisconsin and gifted high school students through Northwestern University’s CTD program. She is currently, among other things, an instructor of creative writing at Interlochen Arts Academy. She is that author of the YA novels A Study in Charlotte and The Last of August, as well as a collection of poetry entitled Girl-King.
Emily Henry is the author of The Love That Split the World and A Million Junes. She is a full-time writer, proofreader, and donut connoisseur. She studied creative writing at Hope College and the New York Center for Art & Media Studies, and now spends most of her time in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the part of Kentucky just beneath it. She tweets @EmilyHenryWrite.
Can't make the event? Preorder your books and let us know how you'd like them inscribed! We'll take care of the rest!
