The 2020 Booker International Prize
Prior to 2016, the Booker Prize was open only to UK authors, but the addition of the Booker International Prize now helps highlight the works of superb authors and translators from around the world.
The Booker International Prize is awarded annually for a single book, translated into English and published in the UK. The £50,000 prize, awarded in May, is divided equally between the winning author and the English translator.
