Keeping the Goal in Sight
The light at the end of this long, dark, pandemic tunnel is getting brighter, but as examples around the country and the world have shown, we can't set aside our precautions just yet. With the weather looking glorious and spring break upon us already, we've decided to tighten up some of our restrictions for a bit to be on the safe side.
We will be open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY starting Friday, March 26th, through Saturday, April 3rd. Please, if you're planning to visit Traverse City and stop in while you're here, make sure to book ahead! Appointments must be booked at least 30 minutes in advance and are only available on a first come, first served basis, so don't wait until the last minute.
Other Points of Note:
Masks and hand sanitizer are still required in-store for all visitors. Children under two are the only exemptions to the mask requirement. If you are unable or choose not to wear a mask, please place your order online or over the phone and collect it via curbside pickup.
Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the store, though you may use your own if you prefer. If you are not able to use an alcohol-based sanitizer due for medical reasons, we can provide access to soap and water.
Vaccination eligibility is about to open to almost all Michigan residents, and we're thrilled by this development. However, per CDC guidelines, our staff, once they're vaccinated, will continue to follow all current safety precautions and we ask that you do as well, including masks, sanitizer, and social distancing.
If we can stick with these precautions just a little longer, we'll be well on our way to doing away with them for good. We know that it's frustrating and awkward and uncomfortable and at this point we are all more than sick of these limitations. But we've all been personally affected by COVID-19, whether it was an exposure scare, a family member who was hospitalized, or, the friends and family we lost to the pandemic. We don't want anyone else to have to face that, so we're going to keep doing all we can to help keep this pandemic under control. We're glad to have you with us in those efforts.
