Meet Katie
Brilliant Books has a brand new bookseller: Katie!
Katie is a TC local who went off to college on the East Coast (B.A. in Japanese Language and Literature) before eventually finding her way back to town in 2016. You might recognize her from her work at the GTSC, OTP, Up North Pride, or parallel 45 (to name a few).

(Some of) Katie's Staff Picks:
This is probably one of my favorite books right now. I was completely taken by surprise by the deeply moving exploration of grief/love/acceptance that I don't think it gets enough credit for. I was in complete pieces at the end of it.
This is another long time favorite. I think the exploration of generational trauma post WW2 is super compelling.
Women with swords? The answer is yes.

Same as above.
