A new subscription begins with a welcome box filled with bookish goodies and our detailed preferences card, which gathers information on your favorite (and least favorite) authors, genres, styles, etc.  When this card has been completed and returned, we'll assign an expert bookseller to select your books.  Before long, your first selections will be arriving in the mail.
