All you book lovers are near and dear to our hearts, so this Valentine's Day, we've got a little extra something for you!  We hand-picked 100 surprise Valentine gifts and you'll receive one for every $100 you spend between February 1st and Valentine's Day, whether you're shopping online, in-store, or even over the phone.  These boxes, bags, and envelopes contain bookish gifts with collective value of more than $2,500.00, including gift certificates, bookseller recommended reads, boardgames, puzzles, and even a hardcover Brilliant Books Monthly subscription!  Sure chocolates are nice and flowers are lovely, but we know for a book lover, there's no gift better than something bookish.  Ready to be our Valentine?

The Fine Print:

1. All purchases totaling at least $100 USD (after applicable discounts) made between February 1, 2023, and February 14, 2023 (inclusive of those dates), are eligible to receive a free gift with purchase while supplies last.  Purchasers are eligible to receive one additional gift for every additional increment of $100 USD of purchase total (after applicable discounts).

2. Gifts may be collected at time of purchase for customers shopping in-store.  Customers shopping via telephone or online will receive their gift along with their order.  No additional shipping charges will be incurred for the inclusion of the free gift with purchase.  Brilliant Books is not responsible for gifts lost or misplaced by the postal system.  Customers are responsible for making sure their address information with Brilliant Books is correct and up to date.

3. Giveaway Items

   a.  No gift substitution shall be permitted except at Brilliant Books' discretion.  Any and all gift-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal,  state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.  No substitution of gift or request for the cash equivalent by customer is permitted.  

    b.  Each qualifying purchase will be accompanied by one (1) randomly assigned gift unless the purchase total qualifies the purchaser for additional gifts (see line 1).

5. Terms & Conditions: Brilliant Books reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this giveaway without notice.

6. Disputes: THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND MICHIGAN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Michigan having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
